Dear Mum It's the 2nd of January 2008, and we have just got through another Christmas without you. We miss you so much, I miss you so much. Although you weren't my real mum, you were more than a mum could ever have been. I learnt so much from you, and am so proud to have had you as my mother in law. I made a Vasilopita in your cake tin, and we all remembered you with fond memories. It is so hard trying to live on without you in our lives, but thankfully you gave us all so much to cherish and love you by.
